The real trick is to avoid being zombified whilst eating crunchy zombies and to avoid zombification whilst eating squishy zombies.

plague that made half of mankind want to eat the brains of the the other
half--You know the Zombie Apocalypse--either killed or infected most
plant and animal life.
Folks, especially landlocked folks in the middle west were starving.
And the zombie hordes kept coming. They got down to their last can of
beans and began eyeing each other like a hungry man eyes a ham sandwich
when some genius says: It's too bad we can't eat the zombies.....
