If after one term in office, it comes to re-election time and the majority of your supporters are still blaming your predecessor for your problems rather than praising your budget balancing skills, for instance, you are incompetent and should not be re-elected.
Now whose fault is it that Obama ran up $4 trillion in debt? Debt he could have vetoed any time. Who asked to raise the debt ceiling? Who failed to present a balanced budget to congress? Who insisted on more deficit spending?
