The Chinese government does not want the US government to report on pollution levels in Beijing. Apparently, for residents of Beijing, the official story is that pollution levels are "light" by government decree.

And in Australia the laws of economics have been revoked by government decree. If you state the fact that when government raises the price of energy, deliberately, through carbon taxes and trading, the price of all goods and services MUST go up, you can be fined a million dollars.

When a government is no better than a bunch communist liars, why do people keep voting for it?
