There was a story about a guy who decapitated a fellow bus passenger and ate him.  The eater said that he thought the other guy was a space alien.  You know, you're right.  That explained everything.

And then there was the guy who ate the brain of his murdered girlfriend.  In his defense, she wasn't using it any more.

People have been caught transporting human embryos, fetuses and the corpses of babies.  Yes, they were apparently gonna eat that.
